Intern Program Overview
Still in school but ready to launch your career? The T. Marzetti Summer Internship Program is perfect for ambitious students looking to gain hands-on experience that will build more than just your resume – it will expand your career possibilities after graduation. Our paid Internship Program is designed to provide students with unique experiences tailored to their field of interest while also providing valuable insight into other key areas of the business.
T. Marzetti is looking for interns to join us in the summer of 2024! Over the course of our 12-week program, Interns take ownership of meaningful business projects, develop relationships with each other and with their teams, and share innovative ideas to support company growth. During the summer, we also nourish the personal and professional growth of our Interns through social activities, volunteer opportunities, and development sessions with company leadership.
T. Marzetti Intern Moments
T. Marzetti interns have the opportunity to meet with senior leaders, including President and CEO Dave Ciesinski, throughout the program.
Summer interns participate in fun and educational activities at our Innovation Center, learning about research and development, flavor development, and food quality.
Our Summer 2023 interns teamed up with T. Marzetti food scientists to create their own sauces, competing against each other to create the best flavor profile.
Giving back to our local communities is an important part of the T. Marzetti culture. Our 2023 interns volunteered at the Mid-Ohio Food Collective.
Our interns work hard and play hard, too! In 2023, we celebrated National Intern Day with an afternoon at Topgolf.
Our interns gain experience in various fields including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Food Safety, Human Resources, Quality Assurance and more. They also have the opportunity to learn about departments outside of their own for a robust experience.
